Please email a copy of your updated Social Security Card with your new name to Human Resources at HR@texanscan.org.
Please notify HR about any changes in your personal information no later than 30 days following the change. Notifications for changes to addresses and telephone numbers should be made through Texans Can’s Employee Access Center (EAC).
Employees can change their emergency contact information in the Employee Access Center (EAC). Log into the EAC, then click "Demographic Information" on the left-hand side.
Employees can change their direct deposit information in the Employee Access Center (EAC). Log into the EAC, then click "Deductions and Benefits" on the left-hand side.
To add a new direct deposit, click on the "Add New Direct Deposit Deduction" button.
To modify your direct deposit information, click on the bank name shown then update the necessary information.
Email Human Resources with your request.
To update your W-4 Tax Exemptions, log into the Employee Access Center. Then, click "Tax Information" on the left-hand side. Click on "Update" and you will be able to view and/or change your tax exemptions.
To access your W-2, log into the Employee Access Center. Then, click "Print W2s" on the left-hand side.

Your work schedule is provided by your supervisor. You can find your school's calendar, which shows school holidays and staff development days, on the TCA Calendars page.
You can find your PTO balance and Non Duty Hours (if applicable) by clicking on the "Time Off" button on StratusTime. You can request time off through StratusTime as well.

Resignation notices should be submitted in writing to your supervisor a minimum of two weeks prior to your date of resignation.

Retirement notices should be submitted in writing to your supervisor and Human Resources at least one month before your planned retirement date.
